Police Reports Arizona Daily Star
1 A burglar alarm went off at 4:13 a.m. April 14 at Skyline Gallery, 6360 N. Campbell Ave. Deputies found merchandise on the ground near a broken front window. A large rock was found inside the gallery. The owner told deputies she was unsure what items had been stolen.
2 An attempted auto theft was reported at 5:09 a.m. April 13 at Sunrise Ridge apartments, 4901 E. Sunrise Drive. The owner told deputies she saw a person near her car and then heard the alarm go off. She said she yelled and the person ran away. According to the report, nothing was damaged or stolen from the car.
3 Identity theft was reported at 12:15 p.m. April 13 at The Arboretum apartments, 4700 N. Kolb Road. A resident told deputies the following: She was pulled over for a traffic violation April 11 and was told she had two suspensions on her driver's license. She had never been pulled over prior to that date and called the Pima County Justice Court. She was told someone posing as her was pulled over last October and was cited for having no insurance and no proof of a driver's license. A records check revealed the identity thief was driving a rental car from Phoenix. The deputy told the woman to take care of the suspensions in court as soon as possible.
