CLEVELAND - Unthinkable cruelty and child abuse was discovered inside a home located at 3742 E. 50th Street in Cleveland.

Police responded to a 911 call on Thursday and found an 8-year-old boy hogtied to a coffee table inside the house.

The boy's 15-year-old brother made the horrifying call. "My little brother is downstairs tied-up to a table and he's trying to get out," he said.

The teen then told the dispatcher that his mother makes his sister tie the boy up every night or else his "sister gets beat."

According to police reports, the 8-year-old's hands and feet were bound with duct-tape behind his back.

The report also reveals that shoelaces were tied around his neck and feet and that his skin was "severely discolored" indicating he may have been tied up for some time.

Authorities say the boy had a broken nose, which his mother, 37-year-old Andreia Huffman, blamed on her daughter.
